Jiang regrets crackdown on Falun Gong?

If this statement is true, then why hasn't Jiang Zemin stopped the persecution of Falun Gong yet? Ahem. Don't hold your breath anyone cuz the truth is, who can take a dictator's word at face value, except for the poor people they keep on brainwashing and then some.

Chinese journalists believe the magazine's account of the memoirs is authentic, pointing to previous instances when high-level documents or memoirs have first appeared as leaks in Hong Kong.
